Dolly

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights

of all who are destitute.  Speak up and judge fairly.

Defend the rights of the poor and needy.

Proverbs 31: 8-9

Testimonials

Dolly was my first child of the “Selba” or “Rain Forest”. I like to think that as I am traveling the road God has set before me, He rewards be for being faithful by putting more children in my care. Within a month of us moving to Shell Ecuador God sent me the gift of Dolly.

Dolly has Microcephalus and due to this condition she is also blind and has little or no control over the movements of her body. She doesn’t sit, crawl or even roll over. At 10 months of age her mother brought her to me saying that if she were to take her home her father would kill her,  since she will never lean to cook or clean she is worthless.

I don’t know why God makes these special children but I do know everything He does is perfect and that we all fit into His perfect plan. It is such an honor to be able to care for these precious gifts from God.
