The other day I was called by the HCJB Hospital Social Worker. She asked me to consider taking 3 orphans from Macus. After I agreed to pray about these children, I was approached by another lady. She had in tow Jessica ,9 and Danny, 5, her dear children. Her husband is in prison and she is not able to work due to illness. In the Ecuadorian prison system, the family provides all necessities for the prisoner, including food. She could not feed, clothe or put her children in school. Jessica is a very motherly young girl. Danny has since returned to live with his mother, but Jessica remains with us.
